Q. What is a Perk and What is a Perk Worth?
A. A Perk is a way for us at HTC to reward you for being a friend of ours. For every dollar you spend at HTC you will get at least 3 perks and the same goes for every time a friend of yours purchases through one of your unique links.

Q. When will my pending perks become redeemable?
A. Perks become active 14 days after you (or the person you referred) make a purchase—after the return period has elapsed.

Q. How long do I have to redeem my Perks for rewards?
A. Redeemable Perks expire 12 months after they are earned.

Q. Do I need an email address to participate in Team HTC?
A. Email addresses are required as your login and username for Team HTC. Be sure to use the same email address as the one you'll use when shopping with HTC. That email address is needed for verification purposes, alert members of reward status, and redemption dates—as well as other exclusive promotions.

Q. Is there a fee to participate in the program?
A. There is no fee to enjoy Team HTC. It's absolutely free!

Q. Do my gift cards expire?
A. Gift cards expire 12 months after they have been issued.

Q. Do I need to place an order to earn perks?
A. No purchase necessary. You can earn perks just by sharing our deals via Facebook and Twitter up to 5 times every month. However, you will earn perks much faster with purchases from HTC.

Q. Can I sell or transfer my perks?
A. Sorry, but perks have no cash value and are not transferable.

Q. What happens to my perks if I have a return for a refund on my account?
A. If you return your product for a refund, those perks will not become redeemable and will be subtracted from your account.

Q. How many Perks can I earn?
A. The program will cap out your perks at 10,000 but once you drop below that threshold you will again earn perks like you had before until you again reach 10,000.

Q. How long do my Perks stay active?
A. Perks expire 1 year from the Award Date when they were converted to Redeemable Perks.
